FAQ

Where is my order?

All items are made to order. The majority of items take 1-2 weeks for production. You can check the lead time for the individual item you have ordered by checking the description on that products web page. If it is within this timeframe then your order will still be in production.

Do you hold stock?

No all items are made to order.

Can I exchange items?

School Uniform - As long as the garments have not been worn, nor have been personalised with initials or a name. Items must be returned as new with tags in them. The items you wish to exchange them for will be processed as a new order and the production time for those garments will apply. All other items - cannot be returned once personalised.

What are my delivery options?

If you choose Collection from Bubble then once your order status is changed to complete you will be able to collect from our offices. You can choose to have the items posted via the Royal Mail 2nd class service. This service does not enable you to track your delivery. Alternative you can choose from Hermes which will take approximately 3 days from when you garments finish production; or Parcelforce 24 which is a next day service from when your items have finished production. Both of these options enable you to track your delivery.

Can we try on items for size?

Yes we have size samples at our offices, the address of which is 8 Palatine Industrial Estate, Causeway Avenue, Warrington, WA4 6QQ. There are also size guides in the product description for each items on their respective web pages.

When can I collect my order?

Once your order status has been changed to complete you will be able to collect. Our address is 8 Palatine Industrial Estate, Causeway Ave, Warrington, WA4 6QQ. Our opening times are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.

What does youth mean on the size options?

Youth refers to children’s sizes. So a medium youth would be smaller than where there is also a medium option. The medium refers to the adult size.
